The seafood Restaurant in the old town of Porto Azzurro
Twenty-five seats outdoors on the pedestrian square of the old town, fresh fish and traditional cooking. This is where it all began.

Our main season runs from Easter to mid-October: during those months we lay our tables outdoors only, on the pedestrian square in the old town, where a little cool air always comes in from the sea in the evening and you can sit and watch the town go by.
Our cooking centres on fresh fish and local tradition, with dishes from Elba and ingredients chosen each day. The menu is designed to suit everyone: there are always meat alternatives and dishes for children, so each guest finds something of their own.
We change the menu two or three times a season, following what the sea and the island have to offer at the time.
In winter the kitchen carries on: we open on request for group lunches and dinners, large tables and birthdays, in a warm and welcoming space out of season too.

La cucina chiude verso le 23, ma finché c'è gente cerchiamo di accogliere tutti.
Con il brutto tempo restiamo aperti a orario continuato, da mezzogiorno fino a sera.

With children
The menu includes dishes made for little ones. And about thirty metres away, next to the Il Caveau wine bar, is the Kids Club: the evening can carry on there, with the children playing close to their parents' table.
With your dog
Your dog is welcome at the outdoor tables: there is a bowl of water and, thanks to our partnership with Monge, a small welcome treat with a single-portion bag of kibble. A dog that feels looked after and content stays calm, and dinner runs smoothly for the neighbouring tables too.
A dish for everyone
Gluten-free,
vegetarian, made to measure.
In the kitchen we keep gluten-free pasta and we are used to working with guests who have allergies or intolerances: tell us what you need and we will prepare a dish for you.
There are also vegetarian and vegan options, and they are not an afterthought: we treat them with the same care as the rest of the menu.
The only thing we ask is that you let us know when you book, or as soon as you sit down: with a little notice we can do a great deal more.
How it works
- Gluten-free pasta always available.
- Vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu.
- Dishes prepared for allergies and intolerances.
- Let us know your needs when booking.
If you have a diagnosis of coeliac disease, please talk to us before ordering: we will explain how we work in the kitchen so you can decide with all the facts.
